what it will not be taught

Anyone will be able to teach the machine an ability. Some abilities will never be built, no matter how they are phrased. This is the line, and it does not move.

rejected, without appeal

• sexual content, and anything sexual involving minors
• targeted harassment of a person or group
• doxxing, or the surveillance of specific individuals
• credential harvesting, phishing, or deception to obtain access
• malware, intrusion, or the exploitation of systems
• weapons or dangerous-goods synthesis
• facilitation of self-harm
• fraud and scams
• impersonation of a real person

how it is judged

Intent and effect are judged, not keywords. A submission is read for what it would do, however it is worded. Borderline cases go to a person, not to the machine. When something is rejected, the category is named and nothing more — no route around it is given.

This policy is published before the machine can be taught by anyone but its operator. It will be kept current as the machine grows.
